We provide professional packing and moving services primarily in Kolkata and nearby areas. Any request for relocation outside our service area must be pre-approved.

3. Booking & Payment

• Advance booking is required for service confirmation.
• Full or partial advance payment may be requested.
• All payments must be made through approved methods only.

4. Liability

We take the utmost care during packing and transportation. However, we are not liable for any damages caused due to natural calamities, accidents, or incorrect packing by customers.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Booking cancellations must be informed at least 24 hours in advance.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 working days.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate address and contact details.
• Remove any valuables, perishable, or prohibited items before packing.
• Ensure someone is available at pickup and delivery points.
